Delete your Velda account.

You can request permanent deletion here even if Velda is no longer installed on your device.

Send a deletion request

If you still have the app, the quickest route is Profile → Settings → Delete account. Otherwise, use the request button below. Send the message from the email address connected to your Velda account when possible.

We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified requests within 30 days. If a legal or security requirement needs more time, Velda will explain the reason and next step.

How identity is verified

  1. Velda checks whether the request came from the account's registered email address.
  2. If it did not, support replies with the least amount of information needed to verify ownership.
  3. Deletion starts only after ownership is confirmed.

Velda will never ask for your password, one-time sign-in code, or full payment-card number. Do not include sensitive health information in the request.

What deletion removes

Deletion removes your Velda authentication account and private data associated with it, including profile settings, workouts, programs, routines, weight history, nutrition records, recipes, grocery lists, optional cycle entries, AI tasks, and AI usage records.

Deletion is permanent. A deleted account and its private history cannot be restored.

What may remain temporarily

A limited deletion record, including the account email and usage snapshot, may be retained for up to 90 days to prevent allowance abuse and confirm that the request was completed. Billing, transaction, security, audit, backup, or legal records may remain only as required or permitted for those purposes and are not kept as an active Velda profile.

Public Community and Roadmap text may remain without your account identity so public discussions are not silently broken. Ask support to review a specific public submission if you also want it removed.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting Velda or deleting your account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in the same store account used to purchase it.
