Agreement
By accessing or using Velda, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Velda provides tools for workout planning and logging, nutrition and recipe organization, optional cycle tracking, progress review, and related AI-assisted tasks. Features may change as the product improves. We may correct errors, protect service integrity, or discontinue a feature with reasonable notice when practical.
Health and AI limitations
Velda is an informational fitness tool, not medical care. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or replace a qualified professional.
Exercise, nutrition, and cycle information can involve risk. Use your judgment, stop if you feel unwell, and seek professional help when appropriate. AI output is probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing generated programs, estimated food data, recipes, and progress summaries before acting on or saving them.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, probe or bypass security controls, automate abusive requests, interfere with other users, or use the service unlawfully.
Subscriptions
Velda Pro is sold through Apple or Google. Current localized price, billing period, and trial information are shown by the store before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable store before renewal. Apple or Google handles payment, cancellation, refunds, and taxes under its rules. Deleting Velda or deleting your Velda account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Velda a limited license to host, process, transform, and transmit private content only as needed to provide the feature you requested, maintain the service, and keep it secure. Public Community and Roadmap submissions may also be displayed, moderated, and used to respond to feedback or plan product changes. Do not submit content you lack the right to use. Public submissions must be lawful, respectful, and free of private information you do not intend to share.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Velda reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Mobile platforms, network providers, model providers, and hosting services may affect availability. We may impose reasonable limits to prevent abuse, control cost, or protect users.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Velda is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Velda is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made from fitness, nutrition, cycle, or AI output. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Ending use
You may stop using Velda or delete your account at any time. If the app is no longer installed, you can use the web deletion-request path. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, abuse, fraud, security risk, or legal requirements. Terms that logically survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—continue to apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
